A radical pro-abortion group that has claimed responsibility for numerous attacks on U.S. pro-life organizations in the past month has declared "open season" on pro-life ministries in a letter that makes more terrorist threats.
Days after a man was arrested outside U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh's home for allegedly planning to kill the justice, the pro-abortion anarchist group Jane's Revenge published a new "communiqué" threatening pro-life organizations with a campaign of violence if they do not cease their operations.
The Supreme Court has voted to strike down the landmark Roe v. Wade decision, according to an initial draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito circulated inside the court and obtained by POLITICO.
The draft opinion is a full-throated, unflinching repudiation of the 1973 decision which guaranteed federal constitutional protections of abortion rights and a subsequent 1992 decision — Planned Parenthood v. NEW HAVEN, Conn./PRNewswire/ -- A new Knights of Columbus/Marist Poll released today shows that 71% of Americans support legal limits on abortion. This survey, conducted by the Marist Poll and commissioned annually by the Knights of Columbus for more than a decade, found that a majority of Americans — 54% — oppose taxpayer funding of abortion, and 81% of Americans believe laws can protect both the mother and her unborn child.
Among the more curious terms advocates for legal abortion use to justify their position is “reproductive freedom.”
The phrase certainly has a ring to it—but that’s because it seems life affirming. “Freedom” is such an important word in the American lexicon, connotations that extend all the way back to securing independence from Great Britain. Indeed, our nation was founded on freedom, along with the rights to life and the pursuit of happiness.
